This policy describes how Eurobelt delivers its digital and physical products after a successful order.
1. Digital delivery (VoIP)
- VoIP plans and top-up vouchers are delivered electronically.
- After payment is confirmed, the voucher or activation details are sent to the email linked to your account.
- Delivery is usually immediate; if you have not received it within a short time, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
2. Physical delivery (Cloud Box)
- Cloud Box devices are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.
- Any shipping fees are displayed before you confirm your order.
3. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we send the tracking details to your email once the order has been dispatched.
4. Delays and issues
Occasionally delivery may be delayed by carriers or customs. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will help resolve it.
5. Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
