Terms of Service

This is a public offer (user agreement) by Eurasian Belt LLC ("we", "us") to provide the services described below. Placing an order on this site, or submitting a request for individual IT services, means you ("you") accept these terms. By accepting, you confirm you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1. General provisions

This page sets out how you order, pay for and receive Eurasian Belt LLC's services. Product descriptions, features and prices are shown on the relevant pages and may be updated from time to time.

2. Scope of services

We provide two categories of services:

  • Category A (Digital services). Access to our VoIP calling app and Cloud Box media storage app.
  • Category B (Individual IT services). Custom software development, marketing, advertising and consulting, provided on request.

3. Ordering and access — Digital services (Category A)

  • You order VoIP or Cloud Box directly through the site.
  • When ordering, you must provide accurate information, including a valid email address, a contact phone number and a billing address.
  • We are not responsible for our inability to provide the service if you provided incorrect contact or billing details.
  • Orders are processed automatically, online. As soon as payment is confirmed, access details are sent to the email on your account.

4. Ordering — Individual IT services (Category B)

  • Development, marketing, advertising and related IT services are not provided automatically.
  • To start a project, contact us via the "Contact Us" form on the site or by emailing us directly at info@eurobelt.am.
  • The scope, timeline, cost and technical requirements for Category B services are agreed with you individually.
  • Individual IT services are governed by a separate services agreement, signed once all project details are agreed.

5. Payment

  • Prices for Digital services (Category A) are shown on the site. We may change prices at any time; this does not affect the price of a period you have already paid for.
  • Payment is made by card or another payment method integrated on the site.
  • Your payment obligation is fulfilled once funds are received in our account.
  • Payment terms for individual IT services (Category B) are set out in the separate services agreement.

6. Refunds

Refunds for VoIP and Cloud Box are handled under our Refund Policy. Refunds for individual IT services (Category B) are handled under the terms of the relevant services agreement.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

We will:

  • provide access to Digital services immediately after payment is confirmed;
  • keep the services available around the clock, except during scheduled maintenance;
  • keep your data confidential.

You agree to:

  • not share your VoIP or Cloud Box account access with third parties;
  • use the services lawfully only — in particular, not use VoIP for spam or fraud, and not use Cloud Box to store unlawful content;
  • pay for the services on time, including renewals.

We may suspend your access to the services without a refund if you breach the obligations above.

8. Personal data

By providing your data (email, phone, billing address) you consent to us processing it to fulfil this agreement. We use your personal data only to process orders, provide access to the services, issue invoices and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store and protect your data.

9. Intellectual property

The content, branding and software on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update this agreement at any time; changes take effect once published on the site. We will try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts at our place of business.
